Returns/Exchange/Cancellation Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For U.S. Customers:
- You may request a refund for returns within 14 days of your package being delivered.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn and unwashed.
- Exchanges are considered for eligible items. To initiate an exchange, contact us at inhumanum.vr@gmail.com. Exchanges must also be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Upon receipt, you'll receive store credit for the item's value or an exchange for the same item style.

For International Customers:
- All sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders due to the complexities and costs of international shipping, as well as the risks associated with items potentially being lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping Tips:
- Exchanged products typically arrive within 7-10 business days for U.S. customers.
- For high valued items, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We're not responsible for items that don't reach us and will only process credit/exchanges for items we receive.
CANCELLATIONS
- If you need to cancel an order, email us immediately at inhumanum.vr@gmail.com with "Cancel - [Your Order Number]" in the subject line.
- Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.
